This company is not very interested in back up service for the items they sell. They do not carry spare parts and cannot advise where to get spare parts. basically you are on your own.
The product itself is problematic and the attachments are ill fitting.
Would I deal with them again --- No

I have super bright LEDs. These are not those. One had wires that needed soldering when we opened the package. Not impressed.
