I found this book to be an excellent professional update.
Ten years ago I worked professionally in the field of osteoporosis, and found this book to be an excellent and very well documented update on the science of calcium and bone health. I have always been a sceptic about whether we truly need so much calcium, but this book is so well documented and well written that I have made a dramatic change in my beliefs and practices.

Just a sales pitch for CCM
Not a genuine anaylsis and discussion of all the different types of calcium at all. Very skewed. The author is affiliated with the company that sells CCM. I felt this book was a complete waste of my time, and I'm annoyed my local library wasted money buying it! Jodi Bassett, HFME
