**There are many more informational reviews under the DVD version of this title.**A few years ago I felt ready to try SUPER Callanetics. I had practiced (basic) Callanetics for two years straight, variated Pilates into my weekly routine, cardio and weight lifting and an occasional light jog. When I put this DVD in I quickly resorted to my original Callanetics tape. It's been over a year and I"m scared to pop this into the DVD player. Maybe one day I will have the courage, but Im going to stick with what I can do right now. |
