This is about 100 times better than the 3 cell or 6 cell battery. Right now I am at 95% charging so I can't tell you about the times but when i unplugged it at 94% it was at about 8 hours remaining. This is one of the best investments you can make for your netbook. It does make your netbook slightly slant upward though, so if you don't want that (I like it personally) then don't get this. Otherwise, it's a great investment and by the way no other nine cell battery isn't going to make it slant upward. Also BrilliantStore always ships right away and you get it sooner than expected delivery date.

I bought this battery in March 2009, and it's completely dead as of late October 2009. The laptop (an MSI Wind 100) won't charge the battery at all (battery indicator blinks orange), and the laptop will immediately shut down if you pull the power cord when this battery is attached.

I tried contacting the seller through Amazon's standard channels, but have yet to receive a response (over two weeks after the complaint). The only thing left to do is call their phone number. The chances of their honoring the mentioned 1-year warranty seem rather bleak. I'd recommend avoiding both this product and the seller.

When the battery on my netbook would only hold a charge for an hour I figured the replacement battery would cost more than the original computer. Imagine my surprise when I could get so much battery (3 times more power than the original) for so little money. I've had this battery installed for over a month now and am really pleased. It does bump up the back of the computer so that it sits at a bit of an angle, but it actually makes it easier to type on. The battery fits snugly and there were no issues with shipping.

I purchased this battery to replace the original 6-cell battery. I didn't realized that this battery is 9-cell. After I got it, I was shocked by the size, but am really pleased with its extra capacity.

I am pleased to report that this replacement battery fit perfectly. I don't have the number of hours it will last, however, as I use it off and on throughout the day, it has been perfect. I was happily surprised that the battery sticks out on the bottom, giving it that natural tilt that helps with keyboarding. The only problem is that netbok sleeves don't work as well due to that extra bulge on the back/bottom now.

Fast delivery and good product for the money. Battery is a little different than the original but it works and now it has a slight lift to the back end which makes typing easier

Added about 4-6 hours more battery life, depending on use. Good product that i recommend for MSI Wind users. Its a little bulky if you do not mind your netbook being elevated.

I've read several other reviews - where the person states that their battery died in a very short time; a very unexpected death. I will remain optimistic about because it seems there are an equal amount of customers have not had that disappointing experience.

Either way - I think the design is GREAT! I love the rake (slant) it puts on the keyboard because of the size needed stuff all 9 cells into the unit. It does not hang off the back like a useless back porch, rather it has a sleek shape that becomes a very functional foot to give the keyboard a very comfortable slope. Great idea, thanks!

I've been using this battery for about a month now. I'd say on average I'm getting about 6-8 hrs depending on what I'm doing. I would definitely buy again. Love not being tied to the charger any more

Item arrived promptly, and was well packaged. Worked well for about 6 months, then the battery got finicky and would lose all its charge unexplainably. Had a written 1 year full warranty. When I contacted seller they said the battery had only a 6 mo warranty and refused to help. Now they won't even return emails. AVOID this seller!
