I received a different chair from the one that is pictured at the time of this review. The main differences I see are no head rest and the piece above the wheels is black, rather than silver. If you search for the model number on Google, you can see pictures of the actual chair. I contacted Amazon about the missing headrest, and I received one in the mail the next day. This gives me a lot of confidence in shopping with Amazon, and choosing them over similar sites.

One of the reasons I chose this chair over others was the large 71% discount over the list price of $560. Searching around, it seems that everyone sells the chair from 65-80% below the quoted list price. So I'd recommend that others ignore the size of the discount and instead focus on the chair itself.

It's not a bad chair. I like how the arm rests have adjustable height and can be faced backwards. This way, they cannot reach my keyboard tray, yet I still have arm comfort. It also has adjustable lumbar support. Personally, I don't need this, but it's a critical feature for many. The headrest (which I received by mail as stated above) is useless if you are above 5'8" or so due to the mid back height. So if you are a taller person and don't get the headrest, you may want to just ignore it. You can adjust how loosely/tightly it rocks, as well as the height. I'd favor a way to lock it at a different rocking angle (it points slightly forward), but you can't have everything. Like almost all office chairs, you'd buy online, it does not come assembled. The assembly was fairly straight forward. It took me about 20 minutes.
