Not actually teal, but pretty good...
on January 11, 2013
I was glad that after a 2 and a half week-long waiting period I finally got my iPhone case, but when I opened the package I immediately went, "Oh."
First off it is not teal like it is in the picture, it's an electric green. Although I like the green fine, I was really hoping for what the picture showed, which is my favorite color. I looked back at the product and noticed that the description did say it was green, so my bad for not reading that first, still though, that IS a misleading picture.
HOWEVER the case itself is pretty good! I like that the silicon isn't too "sticky" and that it slides in and out of my skinny jeans pockets fine. I like how the ears stick out, that's super cute. One annoying thing is that the ears are bit heavy so they sag some downward whenever I use my phone. But the case does do its job with protecting and cleaning the phone, and it IS really cute...
The tail is... eh. At first the tail worked great as a stand, but after just a few uses it kept popping off and causing my iPhone to fall down several times. Besides that it made texting or even holding my phone a pain when it was on. May just glue googley eyes onto it and hang it on my window or something because it's completely pointless. The idea was a good one, but the outcome was poor.
I got this case when it was only $2 and had free shipping. If it were still like that now, I'd say it's worth it. But now that it's $7, definitely not. Get a snap-on shell instead, if you want my opinion. So I am still using the case and am happy with it, but it's not as great as I'd hoped it would be.
