Ingredients
Lemon mint with other natural flavors, lemon peel (Citrus limon), citric acid, licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), spearmint leaf (Mentha spicata), orange peel (Citrus sinensis), eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), papaya leaf (Carica papaya), chrysanthemum flower (Chrysanthemum morifolium), Japanese honeysuckle leaf (Lonicera japonica).
Directions
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove. Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold).Three or four days later you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea, if you wish, by brewing with 6 oz. of water.

First and foremost make sure you DO NOT let this tea steep too long. If you let it steep for the recommended two minutes, you shouldn't have to run to the bathroom like your pants are on fire! If you let it steep for the 2 minutes, it's a decent trip to the bathroom...not explosive diarrhea.
