I am really impressed with how gentle this is. Most vitamins disturb my stomach, and just aren't absorbed at any rate. God forbid, I take one on an empty stomach. I feel awful. I experienced none of this with this product.It also has a great multi-vitamin impact. The seller also took a good amount of time to educate me about the product.
