One Track Makes the Whole CD Worth It!, July 13, 2008

While this CD only contains 10 tracks, and only 4 or 5 of them were actually national Top hits for Dion, this CD does offer at least one rare song that you cannot find on any other collection! That one track makes the whole CD worth it! What track is it you ask? It's the song entitled "Be Careful of Stones That You Throw"! To the best of my knowledge, this is the ONLY CD in existance that contains that Dion song. I am a DION collector and of all the boxed sets, 2-CD sets, "Best Of" albums, and LP reissues that I have in my collection, none of them contain that particular recording. Only this CD has that particular track, so I'm really glad I bought it. The rest of the CD is good too, although the songs can be found on many other collections. I've never understood why "Be Careful of Stones You Throw" is so hard to find, especially since it came out as a single and even managed to chart for a short period of time. The song sends an important message as well. Listen to the lyrics.

When this song was released Dion performed it on the Clay Cole show. It was a local New York show. I watched it and thought it was a great song. I have Dion's entire Laurie collection and Columbia on Vinyl. Still playable after all thees years.
