I have listened to country music for over 35 years and Keith Whitley is the very best voice in country music.If you like country music,you'll love this cd.I also recommend the cd-I'm no stranger to the rain.Country at it's best--believe me!

Old Keith Whitley has been singing country for a long long time. As for me I've only been listening a short short time. After listening to the Alison Krause version of "You say it best...", I became interested in the Keith Whitley version, which in its own way was a treat to listen to. Progressing on through the SUPER HITS collection I realized this is foundation on which tody's more mainstream country rock is built on. I think you'll like the songs on their own merits as well as hearing the origins of today's country blues.
