Repackage with a punch, June 7, 2000

Basically a repackage of "Big Ones", this collection is saved by two inclusions missing off the aforementioned and the subsequent "Classics"--"Queen Of The Broken Hearts" and "Strike Zone", two songs off Loverboy's 1983 release "Keep It Up". "Queen" was a staple of MTV in 1983, while "Zone" is by far the hardest rocking song Loverboy ever did. Longtime 'Boy fans (including myself) prefer this album over the other packages purely for these songs--"Keep It Up" is extremely difficult to find these days.

Great Loverboy Anthology, November 8, 2002

SUPER HITS contains several songs not on CLASSICS. The best of these are "Queen Of The Broken Hearts" and "Dangerous." Of course it also contains their biggest hits, but skips "Lovin' Every Minute Of It", their highest-charting single, and "Notorious", the best cut off WILDSIDE. If you buy this, CLASSICS, and their self-titled debut, you'll have all the Loverboy you'll ever need.
