We bought one, loved it. Couldn't wait to buy another one for the front yard. With the nozzle adjusted to stream, it puts out a stream of water so far we can water about 60 feet out. Why not put two together to water even farther without moving off the deck? Okay!! So we bought two more to connect to each the front and the back hoses. So lightweight, easy to rewind but we just fold it in half several times over our old hose reel attached to the house. We will rewind and store it in the reel come winter. Hope these last year after year. It's so nice to pull out the full length without all the weight of a rubber hose. *WARNING* Make sure the nozzle is in the off position when you turn it on or you will be chased by a flipin' wild hose with a mind of it's own!

The Super Hydrohose is perfect for my tiny garden, delicate plantings, and tight spaces. When drained, the hose is very lightweight, and I can move it around and place it without damaging my plants. When the water is on, the hose rarely kinks, and is so much easier to maneuver than any other hose I've owned.

I don't store it in the hose reel, and I imagine that contributes to the one downside of the hose -- it can be pretty fragile, and when it springs a leak, it's toast. So I generally end up purchasing a new Super Hydrohose every 1 or 2 years. But, because it works so well for my needs, it's well worth it.

I've used one of these for the past 5 years--has worked perfectly every time. Easy to pull out and retract, and easy to snap on attachments. Highly recommended!

The hydrohose is my favorite water hose bar none. It NEVER kinks, it weighs 1/5th what a normal hose weighs, and you can literally toss it into a pile that takes up less room than a traditional water hose after you have spent time rolling up. I bought my first hydrohose at Target 2 years ago and loved it, but as another reviewer did, I left mine outside all year long which I'm sure shortened its life span. You cannot patch it if it leaks and now that I can't find them in stores, it will come in during the winter months instead of being left outside year round. I would suggest getting a quick disconnect attachment for it: the constant turning that takes place when screwing it on and off of the faucet or attachments (that's where my leak happened) must be what weakened the plastic inside near the end and caused the leak. Once you've washed your car with a hydrohose, washing with a normal hose will feel cumbersome and slow. For the price, its worth buying if for no other reason than curiousity...but just know this, you will love it!

Best hose I've found. We have over 1200 sq ft of sloped landscaping and despite sprinklers we do plenty of hand watering, especially this year with the dry summer and having our yard featured in a garden show. Regular hoses are heavy, damage plants and kink. In my frustration and search for a better hose I came upon the hydrohose. We had one other flat hose, which I liked, but prefer the hydrohose hands down to anything. Its very light weight, puts out good pressure and easy to move around without damaging the landscaping. We bought 2 at once. So far I just keep it unrolled and just gab it and move around to various faucets and hoses. With the hose empty of water after turning off the main faucet you can just grab it like a long ribbon and off you go. I was so excited I was showing all my neighbors. We have only had it for a few months but it seems like it will hold up well. Even if it lasted only a season it would be well worth it just for its ease of use. Highly recommend.

No longer a need to have a hose reel clutter up the yard. Use it. Put it away.

Great hose. I looked all over for it and found it on Amazon. Love that it is unobtrusive and lightweight. Good buy.

The only issue is the outer jacket can twist around the inner hose if not careful when using....minor.
The nozzle is great!
Very nice item. My young son play fireman with it for a couple summers and it's definitely rugged and is holding up very well!

started leaking where the nylon hose connects to the spray nozzle after a few uses. Wouldn't buy this again or even recommend to an enemy.

This product works but I would not recommend it because the rolling knob will not stay attached.
