This book is packed with remarkable information, questionnaires, exercises and plentiful advice aimed at analyzing our own weeknesses and directing the healing energy within us toward the strengthening of our bodies and our souls. I'd like to quote Nancy Burrell, RN, who wrote about this book: "SUPERIMMUNITY may stimulate a revolution - a conspiracy toward health, balance, and harmony". If only everybody knew what they've been missing....

Good overview from a broader perspective than the narrow medical field of the 80'S. The bigginning of understanding of phycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinology from an expert.
