"Limited usefulness",

The author is evidently some sort of holistic health celebrity in England and there is a lot of yak-yak on these pages.
There are a few good juice recipes, but there are more that contain foods we in the U.S. don't normally buy: saffron; purslane; fresh coriander; Bramley apple; mangosteen, etc. I enjoy trying new fruits and vegetables when I can, but I'm not eager to drive to the expensive natural foods market to look for them, in order to make a juice. What would have been better? To put forth a recipe with "common" fruits and veggies, and then to say "Or, instead of the xxxx, you could substitute a lovely mangosteen!" Additionally, while this is a good size book, there is only one recipe per page. Two per page would have been about right.
