Despite its title, Super Marital Sex is more about creating an intimate relationship than about sexual techniques or performance. All aspects of a marriage can be analyzed using Pearsall's lists, questionnaires, and tests. Sexual myths and fallacies are discussed in detail, as are commonly asked sexual questions. The section on sexuality and illness is excellent. Pearsall has used the approach he describes here to help over 1000 couples with sexual problems. There are lots of lists, the book is well organized, it touches on many issues which are hard to discuss in mixed company, and it's a good read. The best sex book around.
