I just received this set and let me say it is incredible! This is no toy, there is assembly required but it is snap fit so there is no messy glue. The detail has got to be seen to be believed. If you're a fan of the anime series then this is a must have. I ordered the set on Monday 2/7/11 and received it on Friday 2/11/11 which is quite fast as the estimated delivery dates were anywhere from the 11th to the 17th. I would definitely recommend this seller to all of my friends.

This model is comprised of eight sections that fit together to form the entire ship. Each section comes in its own box and requires some assembly. The completed model is aout a foot long. The outer hull and weapons are made from transparent poly with very detailed rubber like internal componets that come apart for examination. There are also several fighter craft that are molded to scale included. I had a ball putting it together and I like the way it looks. I wouldn't recomend it as a toy, as it comes apart very easily and the small parts tend to be hard to find when it does. It is made to be displayed in almost unlimited configurations.

This was purchased as a gift for a Starblazers fan. It arrived in quick order from the seller as promised. The detail is amazing and all components come inside the larger box in their own individual boxes. Instructions were in Japanese but is was easy enough to piece them together by following the diagrams provided. Once put together it is really amazing. Fair warning, this is more an adult level toy rather than a child's toy, as there are many small parts. Any true fan of Stablazers will enjoy this very much. The person I gave it to was thrilled, I only wish I purchased one for myself.
