5.0 out of 5 stars Can't Beat the Classics
This game has great gameplay, it is easy to control and you don't have to familarize yourself with 15 different buttons to have fun & be competitive. This game gives us Best College football teams starting with 1978s through 1991-92 season, and it's must for any college football fan. The game is funnest when playing against another person. This game has great gameplay, it is easy to control and you don't have to familarize yourself with 15 different buttons to have fun & be competitive. This game gives us Best College football teams starting with 1978s through 1991-92 season, and it's must for any college football fan. The game is funnest when playing against another person. For solo play, the computer still gives you multiple challenges. It is hard to tell who the greatest team really is. Some teams have fantastic Offenses, others have superior Defenses, but no team has both tangibles combined. Looking for exciting offenses? Look to Boston College84. This team Has the super quick Doug Flutie at QB, Awesome wide receivers, and is hard to beat. USC 1979 has the greatest rushing attack and offensive line in the game. It gives you a Power-Trip; watching the USC79 Offensive linemen throwing pancake blocks, and knocking the opposition senseless, while running backs Charles White and or Marcus Allen charge up field. Other teams showcase classic power players like: Bo Jackson at Auburn83, Herschel Walker at Georgia80, Steve Young at BYU84, Charlie Ward at FSU92,
Rusty Medearis at Miami91, Mike Rozier at Nebraska83. Overall, I think Pitt80 is the best team here. Dan Marino is QB, has the fastest wide receiver tandem in the game, and the defense is lead by the fastest Defensive linemen in the game. The Best defensive teams are Texas81, Clemson81, Alabama92, Clemson81, and FSU92. The game is Non-stop action and highly recommended.
