I like this product a lot and take as a "support supplement" at 3-8 caps a day for a short period of time. One thing is assess your tolerance of Borrage oil though and see how your body reacts to it. Some people recommend a couple grams a day, but make sure you can tolerate it. Also I only trust NOW and a few other companies to distill their products from contaminants such as mercury and other harmful stuff. Cheap fish oil is not worth your health and liver.....although NOW is pretty darn cheap as it is, especially on amazon. I was gonna switch up to Krill oil this year but I've found too many conflicting research articles online and one that stuck out was shell fish allergies. I really wish NOW would make a 3-6-9 + sesamin product. That would be epic. ANYWAY.... large doses for 2-4 weeks can help regulate good and bad cholesterol levels and lipid levels I've heard. Even your joints will thank you. If you are of good health already then normal max dosage (according to bottle) would be just fine.
