I'm 56 and was using the bathroom 3 or 4 times a night. It must have come on slowly, so I guess I figured 'that's just the way things are for men'
About 2 days after starting the twice daily use of this product I'm now waking up once during the night to do 'business' I'm just about ready to get some more. One other thing, I don't notice any side effects At All. Don't know if anyone else has any, but I Have None. Give the stuff a try.

I have been using this for about 4 months now. I experienced, quick, effective results within a week of taking it - maybe 1 trip to the bathroom a night, as opposed to 3-4. I was very pleased. I am on my fouth bottle, and am noticing that it is suddenly not as effective. Actually began noticing this just after starting my second bottle. I am wondering if the first bottle, which I received free as a promotional offer, contains a higher dose of the key ingredient, while all subsequent bottles are "dosed down." Either way, I am considering trying something else. The company swears all bottles contain the same dose, but SOMETHING has changed, and, of course, the rep's job is to reassure me. He was much more interested in making me commit to a 6, 9 or even 12 month single purchase to "save me money." I am shopping around for something else.

For me it increases flow and reduces urgency and doesn't bother my stomach. My symptoms were mild (but annoying) and I prefer something in the way of a supplement (versus a pharmaceutical) to treat (when possible). I'm 51 and am due for my first PSA screening. There is no history of prostate cancer in my family.
