first off, i am 65 years old. i have owned a lot of mowers in the past, and this super recycler is way better than any other. i bought the electric start because i have a prothesis for a rotator cuff, and it is difficult for me to pull start. the electric start works excellent. starts right up every time. the personal pace is the best drive system i have ever used. the cut is amazing. the best cut you can get is from a reel mower. this super recycler is as good as a reel mower. my lawn has never looked this good. also, i only mulch. no other mower comes close to this one for mulching. there is absolutely NO clippings showing on the lawn. it looks like i bagged all the clippings, but i didnt. our back yard has a pretty good slope to it, and the toro handles it easily. it also has the very best edge cutting i have ever had. it seems to pull the grass up and into the mower, and when i cut real close to the house or the fence, not much left to use the stick edger on.
i only use the bag to pick up where i have used the edger next to the sidewalk. i then bag up the clippings. the bag system is also the easiest i have ever used. not like the john deere that i had before the toro. i really like this mower

I've used the 20095 for a full season now. I upgraded to this electric start model, so that when I'm away my wife can mow without having to try to pull-start the mower. Well, the electric start feature has spoiled me. The pull-start feature does work on 1-3 pulls, but the electric start is just effortless, if you just make certain to re-charge the battery every 4-8 hours of use. I find no problems with the Personal Pace feature, & like the way if executes compared to previous Lawn Boy models I've had, & Honda & Craftsman models that I tried before purchasing the Toro. It is outstanding at mulching both grass & considerable leaf volume. I find it to be a reasonable value for the dollar spent & have no real negatives after a year of use.

Terrible terrible mower. I bought 20095 Electric Start. Electric start rarely starts it so I pull start it. No big deal to pull start, but I have no primer so have to use the electric start that does not work to prime it to pull start. Now, it does not start AT ALL! It is 3 months old. I am taking it back and buying a Honda like I should have in the first place.
