I don't make salads, ever. I've always found them time consuming without reliable results. This book is the solution. It's quick, easy, and the salads (and dressings) are super tasty.

A huge plus is that each recipe comes with nutritional information.

I love this cookbook! About 95% of the recipes have pictures, beautiful colored pictures. Of course it makes me want to make all of the salads. There's a lettuce guide, describing most of the types of lettuces in the book, so you know what to buy. If there is a recipe that calls for something that you really haven't heard of, it gives a description right next to the recipe. There's a page of different dressing recipes. All the recipes have the calorie count. I am very please with this cookbook. I will be looking for more cookbooks by Reader's Digest. Very pleased. Highly recommend. You won't be dissapointed.
