This is an excellent supplement for any science textbook (grades 5-6). I used it with my ESE students and regular education students. Offers information as well requires students to analyze diagrams, charts, and graphs and answer questions relative to the short reading passages.

Bought this book as a summer ed for my son entering 5th grade. Him and his friends enjoyed doing the puzzles. Wish there were more puzzles. Overall, a good purchase.
