My son uses this with his 1/8 size violin bow. It helps him to maintain correct finger positioning on his bow hand. He had trouble keeping his pinky curved & on the bow; the Bowmaster has helped by giving him a divet in which to place the tip of his pinky.
It was easy to install (comes with directions) and is also easy to remove. Sometimes he wants to practice without the grip, so it's nice to be able to take it on & off without too much fuss.
