I thought this was a good supplement to the Super Shred diet. What I especially liked was her inclusion of how to deal with food cravings, and how for each recipe she included the servings, calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat content. I thought her recipes were creative and gave a wide choice of alternatives.

This book is full of over 50 super shred diet approved recipes all for under 200 calories per portion. It is easy to follow and all the receipts are healthy including everything from vegetables, soups and even popcorn

TOTAL RIPOFF! Utter nonsense, useless jumble, faked statistics about calories and nutrients -- somebody's just trying to make money off linking themselves up with Dr Ian Smith's Shred Diet -- it's an embarrassment to him for this scam to be using his name or the name of his diet book! Here's an example from this recipe?! book - " Lemon Water - Take two glasses, put ice in them, fill them with water, put a slice of lemon on the rim" (although I think I just phrased it a little better than they did!!) The others are even worse! Throw this stoopid book in the rubbish! What a scam! Shameful. Utterly shameful.

Without this book, The Shread, and Super Shread books would be very complicated. The diet is hard as it is but when you really don't know what to eat each day or how to make them, it is really hard.
