I like how this book is divided into three sections coinciding with the diet phases of foundation, accelerate, shape, and tenacious phase. Every section offers recipes good to be used in that particular phase and use ingredients that complement that phase by boosting your weight loss. I am at the foundation phase and really enjoyed the roasted squash and coconut soup. I have also loved pulled turkey sandwich and I think this recipe is a great alternative to other pulled recipes such as pork, chicken etcl Let's see how much weight I can lose but I am sure it'll be a fun ride with this nice collection of such exotic recipes :)

After being on many diets, having simple to make and tasty menu choices is a huge factor to success. The recipes in this book are simply fabulous. I was super excited going through each of the recipes because the ingredients are easy to obtain and the cooking instructions were simple. Great book to augment the diet.
