I gave it to an 87 year old gentleman who could not handle his expensive hearing aids. Maybe they may not have been adjusted right or whatever, but he just doesn't use them.
He actually can hear now and we can hold conversations, although sometimes I have to talk right into the microphone.
I tried them myself since many reviews stated how suspect the quality is. The ambient noise is amplified to the point of being deafening and I could not hear the stereo in the next room, but to my elderly friend, he thinks it's great. How do you rate that? I guess it depends on how much it helps you.To him it is a five star, to me it wouldn't even help watching a TV with the volume down. Great or bad, it will depend on the individual.

What a waste of money...great idea but the few short weeks it worked, used a lot of batteries and the headphones were a waste - threw in trash. Earbuds do not fit well for a woman. Too bad something cannot be manufactured of good quality - would be very convenient to use.

Stopped working soon after purchase. Ear buds too big to fit in anyones ears. Headset stopped working after 3 or 4 uses. It was a good idea but too flimsy.
