ADA Compliant SuperEar® Assistive Listening Device The ADA SuperEar® is the same unit as Model SE4000 only this unit features a vinyl snap-to lid and extra ear pads for easy and affordable ADA (American with Disabilities Act) compliance as an assistive living device, making the ADA Compliant SuperEar ideal for Doctor's Offices, hospitals, public buildings, theaters, and any public entity which must adhere to ADA compliance. Designed to help the slightly to moderately hearing impaired person by amplifying sound up to 50+ decibels. The user puts on the stereo headphones, turns on the SuperEar, and adjusts the volume to their individual need. It's that simple-no complicated procedures. And when they are finished, the SuperEar is easily packed into it vinyl snap top storage case, ready for next person who requires an assistive listening device. Provides up to 50+ decibels of ambient sound amplification. Maximum output of 107dB. Frequency response 100 to 14000 hertz. Solid state microelectronic circuitry requires only a single 1.5 AAA alkaline battery for up to 30 hours of operation. Battery included. Premium stereo headphones deliver clear, crisp sound, particularly in the human voice range. The foam ear pads are easily replaceable. This inexpensive solution for those whose hearing problems affect their ability to watch TV without turning up the volume and making others uncomfortable, or hearing others at conferences is well worth the price. It is obvious when you use it but people get used to it and appreciate the improvement in communicability.
