This DVD player was bought for a gift for my son.It is a high quality product with good picture clarity and sound.Highly recommended and seller offers fast shipping and great communication.

I bought this Portable DVD Player for my 15-yo son at Christmas. He absolutely loves it! It is extremely easy to transport and the quality is terrific! I have used it several times and have been very pleased. I would recommend without hesitation.

Ridiculous warranty, don't expect to use it. Not included in the material in the box, only on the website. Just 90 days, and you have to ship it to them, and include $25 for them to ship it back. Puts you out like $40, if something is wrong with their product??? I got this on a special, but that almost doubled the cost of my product, insane!

I won't shop from Supersonic anymore, they don't stand behind their products, why should I trust them?

After receiving this product, I tried playing various formats of video (MP2, MP4, DIVX), from two different USB sources (thumb drive, portable hard drive.) I never could get anything to play perfectly. The audio would start out fine, but after a few seconds it would begin to stutter. If I stopped playback for a few seconds and started again, it would be fine for another few seconds, but eventually the stuttering would start once more.

I suspect that the player just isn't able to read the data from the USB port fast enough. Perhaps this problem could be avoided if I were to transcode the videos down to a much smaller resolution, but that is really too inconvenient to make this feature useful.

Then, after playing DVDs for only about 5 hours, it started to experience problems reading them. It would get stuck, or be unable to read them at all. I even tried DVDs that had no scratches whatsoever. While it did work, the player was fine for DVDs, which is why I'm still giving it two stars.

Fortunately, Amazon's return policy and process are excellent. I received a full and very prompt refund.

We purchased this for car trips with a 4 year old. It works great she easily memorized which buttons would pause and rewind. It is very light so she has no problems carrying it and the bettery lasts over 3 hours without recharging. The picture is clear and the sound quality is good. It has two earphone ports, which is nice.

I recently bought this to take on a trip, and it works very well. very pleased with it.

This DVD player works well for the price except the sound is faint. I had to purchase headphones so I could hear the sound. I was disappointed in the price I had to pay for shipping. When I was shopping for this item via Amazon, it was stated that if I bought the two items together (DVD player and case) that there would be no shipping charges. When I was checking out, I was being charged $15 for shipping for a 2-lb item, for the DVD player. We were told we had to pay shipping because this item was not affiliated with Amazon, only the case was. When we called the Help Line, I have to agree the Amazon staff at the other end were very helpful and had the answers to all our questions; stayed on the line till they were sure we had no more questions. It was past midnight where we lived. The only thing I'm unhappy about is having to pay $15 for a small package (that's $7.50/lb) that was well protected for shipping yet not more than other items we've bought before. The remote control that comes with the DVD player works well. I'm pleased with this DVD player and case. Thank you.
