River-City-Books take their time to ship the item. The video I bought from them did not ship until 3 weeks after purchase, and took over a week during shipment. Customer service was very poor, so you won't get anywhere with them. I was VERY frustrated. Finally the item arrived in really bad shape, like it was shipped from a battle ground. The video I bought from them is vol 4 of an old series, and they charged 3 times more than I bought other volumes from other vendors at Amazon. The other volumes were also used but in very great shape and they all shipped immediately after purchase. Think twice before you buy from River-City-Books.
