this is a pretty tasty book of smoothies. the chapters talk about how nutrients keep you healthy, organic food, smoothie basics and recipes. the recipes are simple, delish and include every kind of fruit and vegetable imaginable. whey protein powder is used in many of the recipes. my only complaint is these smoothies are high in calories. majority of the recipes...

This book is out dated with the use of tofu, whey protien, soy milk and yogurt. Most of these food stuffs are mucus forming and processed or are GMO's. Be careful with food combining also. Protiens and fruit is not a good combination unless if you use all raw or live food. Before buying this book I would do your own research on food combining if you are really into...

This book is out dated with the use of tofu, whey protien, soy milk and yogurt. Most of these food stuffs are mucus forming and processed or are GMO's. Be careful with food combining also. this is a pretty tasty book of smoothies. the chapters talk about how nutrients keep you healthy, organic food, smoothie basics and recipes. the recipes are simple, delish and include every kind of fruit and vegetable imaginable. whey protein powder is used in many of the recipes. my only complaint is these smoothies are high in calories. majority of the recipes range from 175 to over 500 calories for one glass. of course these are so good, you'll want a couple glass fulls. if calories are not that important, these refreshing recipes will do the trick.
