I started to read through the entire book but had to go back and 'digest each little piece, bit by bit, in order to fully learn and take in each part. This book is so chocked full of enriching exercises that build upon each other, that you must practice and learn each piece before moving to the next to fully assimilate what you have read. The 'color meditation' is so simple yet effective that I faithfully practice it morning and night. After a short period of time doing the color meditation, my once-high blood pressure has returned to normal levels without medication! The 'unan pattern' is a simple yet highly effective way to ramp up the techniques learned in the first Quantum Touch book. I highly recommend this book to everyone that has been practicing basic QT.

I've attended this workshop in person a few years ago, led by Alain Herriott, and it was just amazing. I learned so much. This book helps to jog my memory about the different Quantum Touch techniques. Quantum Touch is about using your breath to send your love/energy to another person/animal for healing. It works! Anything coming from Alain Herriott is going to be awesome. He's the most gentle, compassionate, wise soul I've ever known. Yes, I guess I'm quite a fan! Pick up this book, it's worth it. I suggest reading the first book Quantum-Touch by Richard Gordon (another loving precious soul) first. Then, reading this book.

I have studied many different energy modalities for 22 years, and I can't thank Alain, Mary Derr and Richard Gordon enough for their input regarding the wonderful life transforming methods Alain teaches in such a kind, generaous, supportive manner. I am impressed by the clarity and simplicity Alain uses to share such life changing methods of balancing the body physically, emotionally and spiritually. Beautifully illustrated, easy to follow. The pages of this book unfold effortly, smoothly as they impart truths to make us whole again.

I read the basic book (Quantum-Touch: The Power to Heal by Richard Gordon) and attended a basic Quantum Touch class, in addition to some training in another method. I'd also read energy medicine books, on other modalities, and was ready for the next step. So I ordered this book.

As I work my way though this book, I've found it to be of great assistance. I had started exploring energy medicine as a way to assist my pets with several health issues. To date, I have had phenomenal (documented) success. However, doing treatments, on multiple pets, on a daily basis is very time consuming. This book outlines methods that provide energy medicine assistance in a longer-lasting format.

I highly recommend it for any student or practitioner of energy medicine.

The Alchemical Woman A Handbook for Everyday Soulwork I'm thrilled to have access to this information. I've read the first book and taken a workshop with the author and have wanted to take the advanced workshop with Alain Harriot, but have not been able to afford it. This book allows me to practice these advanced techniques. The book is well done and very clear in its descriptions. Thank you for sharing it in an affordable format.

Quantum Touch techniques are an extremely valuable adjunct to anyone practicing energy healing. With a little bit of practice,one sees early on the results of it.Immediately after I applied this to my practice,my clients noticed quicker release from their discomforts.Simple uncomplicated language and illustrations makes this a fun book to read and to treasure as a reference source.

This book is full of very strange techniques that I would not share with the average person for fear of them thinking me completely nuts. That said, the ideas in the book helped me take my QT to the next level for sure. I understand why Gordon would not have included any of this in book one for sure.

A lot of follow up books I have read on healing methods tend to be recycle the previous book and just add on a couple new things. This book actually added or built on the previous book so a plus for the Quantum Touch (QT) people on that. I also watched the DVD workshop with Alain Herriott, but since that product is not sold separately on Amazon I will also review that here. The DVD follows the book so for those who are on a budget you can learn what you need from the book alone. Of course the DVD is preferable for those that are visual learners. A view of the websites for those teaching QT indicates the in person QT Supercharged classes run around $850 so the book and DVD workshop are less expensive options if you don't need a certificate.

One drawback is Alain can see energy and many of the rest of us can't. On the DVD, during the work with colors Alain assists the process by looking at the colors the workshop participants by critiquing the colors they are producing. Those reading the book and those not able to see colors won't have this advantage, but I assume since a color chart is included if you just look at the colors you will be able to produce them and with practice they will be second nature. One technique draws the 8th through 12th chakras into the body and spins them. Another uses 12 "cellular" colors to help healing. There is also a symbol, for lack of a better word, called the U-NAN used to help healing and to amp up the process. Alain also presents both in the book and on the DVD how to begin seeing energy. It's similar to simple seeing the aura techniques I've seen on YouTube and on the Internet. On the DVD I enjoyed Alain's playful attitude and liked his relaxed attitude and humble attitude. It wasn't that difficult for me to memorize the 12 colors and I intend to try them although assessing if they actually help and how much will be difficult as I often see patients only once at the hospitals. It certainly can't hurt to try these methods and the book isn't all that expensive if you want to try some additional things with QT. I think how much people will like these materials will depend on whether they like working with colors and visualizing even though the visualizing isn't necessary.

I found this instruction manual easy to read and very informative.
It gives much advanced information on energy healing.
