5.0 out of 5 stars Do you want a lot more power?
I bought this for my 2006 F250 6.0L Diesel. I have it on the max setting. I adjusted my speedometer to match my tire size. I removed the speed limiter. The increase in power is amazing! it shifts very nice too. On the max setting my mpg went down because I love to give it the pedal. But on the lower setting, it actually increases power and mpg. Great product.

I ordered a TirePaq to adjust the speedometer for larger tires. I have since upgraded the TirePaq to the FlashPaq 1805. On the max power setting, the difference is very noticeable -- lots more power and low-end torque. The problem is that the truck smokes very badly on this setting. I thought I could live with it until I looked in the mirror while simply going down...

I ordered a TirePaq to adjust the speedometer for larger tires. I have since upgraded the TirePaq to the FlashPaq 1805. On the max power setting, the difference is very noticeable -- lots more power and low-end torque. The problem is that the truck smokes very badly on this setting. I thought I could live with it until I looked in the mirror while simply going down the highway under very little load and it looked like the thing was on fire. I decided to remove the performance program and just set the tire height to correct the speedo, but that is not an option. You must select a program other than stock (four to choose from) to adjust the tire height. I'm now running with the fuel economy program, which seems to be closest to stock, but I haven't run it long enough to see any real difference in fuel mileage. At least it doesn't smoke now!

This thing works great! MGP on economy mode went from less than 15 MPG to 16-17 MPG average. Gets 19-20 MPG on the highway. It will also adjust the speedometer for the larger tires we put on. Haven't tried out the performance setting yet, but even on economy there is a noticable increase in power and throttle response.
