Editorial Reviews

Review

Poole, Farach, and Creswick (PFC) have written a very complete book on superconductivity; they cover a broad spectrum of the properties of conventional metallic and intermetallic superconductors, cuprate superconductors, and fullerenes.
--Kara Beauchamp in AMERICAN JOURNAL OF PHYSICS

From the Back Cover

The knowledge of these advanced materials moves ahead on minute by minute basis. Makes it hard to keep a book in date. This one has lot of background, very, very heavy but extremely useful on some gaps in my data bank.

5.0 out of 5 stars a book to understand the superconductivity, June 8, 2000
This review is from: Superconductivity (Paperback)
Firstly, I must say that this book is written at overgradute level especially for physics students. It is well desinged to help the reader to read and understand the topics. Well , I enjoy reading it, and I recomment it to anyone.
