This program works. I lost 7kg in 8 weeks without counting a calorie. It was very easy to understand with only one page of food to eat and a very simple exercise structure to follow.

I read the book in two days and have since lent it to a friend and she won't stop talking to people about it. It just really puts things into perspective with regards to how our bodies burn fat. I would recommend to anybody. If you want to lose weight safe and fast this is mostly def the book to buy. I also emailed the author with a couple questions and he got back to me the next day. Awesome.
