After buying almost every kind of over-the-counter supports, I decided to go get some custom orthodics. The man at the shoe store talked me into these. He said they are as good as the custom orthodics. The company who makes the custom ones makes these. I bought them and and all I can say is wow! After terrible foot pain I finally have relief!!!

I have suffered from heel pain for some time. Heard these were good and I saw they were reasonably priced, so ordered some. Now I have two pair of these and two pair of the Superfeet full insert. Heel pain is all gone! With these, I can now wear my best dress shoes all day, whereas previously if I did that I had a great deal of pain later in my heel. I highly recommend these to anyone with a similar problem.

I have a very high arch and wanted some support in my dress shoes. I was told about this arch support and decided to give it a try. They definately help a little bit and fit perfectly in all of my business/dress shoes, however, they really do not give me the best support for my very high arches. The support is adequate none the less and if you are looking for some general support, then this is the product for you, otherwise, if you are looking for some type of magic solution to your foot aches and have high arches, try somewhere else.

In regards to the arch itself, it is hard plastic and will last a very long time. Quality made and definately worth the money!
