The Easy Fit 3/4 are designed to improve shoe fit, comfort and shock absorption while wearing dress shoes. Heel cup encapsulates fat pad for natural shock absorption, initiating proper bone alignment from first impact. Contour shape developed from biomechanical principles of podiatric medicine properly adapts footwear to your foot. 3/4 length insole has not toe cushioning and will not make your shoes fit smaller. Includes 2 sets of velcro tabs to keep insoles in place in 2 pair of shoes. Recommended footwear: Loafers, lace-ups and casuals shoes without removable insoles. No trimming required.

I've had these for about 4 years and they have a permanent home in my favorite pair of heels. They provide support and make me able to wear heels without major foot and back pain later on. With plantar fascitis, I couldn't dream of wearing nice dress shoes without these.

I thought I was going to have to give up running until I realized my dress shoes were the problem. These fit in my dress shoes and provide comfortable support (without spending a fortune on custome insoles). Also recommend their product for high heels. Love Superfeet!!!
