Novelization of the movie, and pretty short at that at 180 large print pages, so not much depth in either. The story starts ok, then they go off on the whole omegahedron/witchiepoo thing which is not so hot at all. Not sure why they come up with some witch storyline in the very first supergirl movie, after putting in a Krypton origin.

"Supergirl" is one of my most favorite films, and this book is a must-have for any collector or fan of the film. Back in the day, 1984 to be exact, the film was not as successful as expected, due to editing and rushed distribution that was unfair to the cast and crew, as well as the film itself. This book, however, contains all the moments as known from the script, even parts that were never seen until the directors cut was released, as well as other parts that may/may not have been part of the original film. The book only tells the dazzling story in novel form! A great collectible franchise!
