This book wiil knock you off your feet, especially the decoding process the author uses. The pictures in the decoding process will speak for themselves. Read this book if you're interested in Mayan mysteries!

I have been reading/studying literature of this sort on and off for over a decade. Although as with other works alot is pure conjecture and an expanded view of the authors beleifs it still provided me with yet another piece of an ever more expanding and complex puzzle. Eygptology began my journey and hancocks works led me to mayan culture. For all those who seek the knowledge it is not held in one book but spread through many. This book is another essential read if only for the last two chapters which serve as another step in a long and illuminating journey. "A lion-cub is just a lion waiting to grow, and we are just Gods children"

Maurice Cotterell is a very smart researcher, using super-computers to get star alignments and to undertake scientific anthropology and different religious accounts and belief systems to show that supergods or men with super=powers have been visited or influenced cultures at times where the counterparts were still dwindling. Jesus or his likelihood were in various cultures at the same point and time feeding and educating people in a high-tech form where nowadays religions are mixed but all have the same stories...little different based on location and current environmental states -- from healers to being reborn and using stars, animals and power to understand and explained earth's oldest mysteries. Where did the jump in technological advancements arise from? Where did the measurement systems come from used to construct or place the Pyramids when they didn't have that system -- sketches, photos and star alignments show the GODs from above the people spent their days trying to reach and match...very cool from a scientific and historical perspective...a fun and mind-opening read -- hold on tight.
