What a CD! What a performer! And now she is a producer! Not even the big C could keep her down! Candye shines again on another CD that will not only please her passionate fans, but will win over new people who have yet to be captivated by her voice. Buy it, you wont be disappointed.

We love Candye Kane! This vocal tribute to her triumph over pancreatic cancer is fun and inspirational. Candye has easily one of the best voices in the blues, and she mixes her blues with swing, rockabilly and straight-up rock. Memorable lyrics with plenty of double-entendre get me singing along every time! If I were to pick a favorite song it would have to be "Till you go too far," but every song on the album is a hit! Candye has a spirit and a voice that never breaks!

Candye Kane's Superhero is her first since beating pancreatic cancer. She is no worse for wear though as she has turned in perhaps her best recording ever and one of the best blues albums of the year period. Laura Chavez on guitar is becoming a new queen of blues guitar and Evan Caleb is also developing into one of Blues top drummers. This is a must for fans of the blues.

I had not heard of Candy Kane before as I was not much into blues. I came across this CD and heard sample songs and immediately felt a boost in energy and decided to buy this CD. The first 2 songs from this CD always wakes me up and inspires me to do the best. Other songs are good too!

And now knowing Candy Kane and her story and the reason behind this CD, I feel even more inspired!!
