No Problems
I have had the vent and belt clip from Superior for several years without any problems. It has never broken and holds the cell phone without any concerns. Both will also hold a somewhat heavier PDA, again with no problems. A very simple design that works.

"Superior Communications"?
I ordered two of these, one for me and one for my wife. Between the two, I didn't have enough parts to get a whole one! Each was missing a leg, and one had a broken leg. I really don't understand how a leg could be broken in the box. However, it is pretty easy to look at it and see that the legs would easily break once installed, due to the thin plastic at...

I purchased this product and returned it immediately. Poor craftsmanship! [...]easily breakable plastic and forget about it being able to hold the weight of your cell phone to your vent!! Ridiculous! Hopefully this suction mount I'm going to order works out better!

I really don't understand how a leg could be broken in the box. However, it is pretty easy to look at it and see that the legs would easily break once installed, due to the thin plastic at load-bearing points. A friend bought one and it lasted two days before breaking. Not good.
