I was first lent this book about 18 months ago and loved it. I am now in a role as a Program Manager, training up junior Project Managers. When people ask me "what makes a great project manager" I always state that 75% plus of it is about behaviour and not about technical skills. This book supports and expands upon that theory giving advice, tools and techniques on how to become a truly great project manager. I have bought 2 copies for my colleagues to read and absorb and it has been taken up with enthusiasm. As a bonus, it is an easy read. It is my principal reference book for the "how" of project management.
