I was remodeling my daughter's bathroom and when I pulled the toilet, I found the flange broken under both bolts. This little jewel saved me from having to replace the flange which I would have called a plumber. Therefore, this saved me atleast $100. I installed this with stainless steel screws, washers and nuts. Viola, fixed flange. I wish the rest of the project would have gone this smooth.

I completely made a mess of a toilet replacement project. I search high and low for something like this. I am so glad I found this. My toilet is locked in tight now. Highly recommend if you have damaged this part.
