this is a good boat. it is really fast but slows up on turns because only one propellor turns. i have a video for it on youtube.com its called Superlative Mosquito Craft RC boat 34" [...]

We received this boat yesterday and charged it up last night. This morning we took it out first thing and within it's first 15 minute test drive the motor came unglued from the bottom of the boat and then the whole boat began to malfunction. One propeller is not working at all and the other barely turns. For $63.00 this was a complete and total rip off and dissapointment. Now we have to repackage the whole thing and go through the hassel of returning it. Now we can start the process all over again! The good: My 6 and 9 year old sons had a blast piloting the boat in a stream near our house. So in terms of fun value, and being able to see the motors etc, it deserves at least 4 stars.

My overall rating of this toy is low, because of the lack of construction quality and durability. There is no hole or crack in the boat, but within 10 minutes of use it starts to fill up with water (about half a cup worth), which is enough to cause the system to short and the engine to start failing. It seems like the hull is snapped together with cheap plastic, and does not seal well at the seams. After the third (10 minute) use, the hinge that holds the cover of the boat broke off. I need to figure out how to glue it back on given the cheap brittle plastic in order to get a couple of more uses out of the boat.

Fun toy, but does no last long enough to be worth the money.

for the first time i was able to use this boat one day i put in the pool and it was so simple my son loved it and we used it and it worked easy
