I read this book 20 years ago when I went back to learn Management after 14 years of worklife. It changed my thinking and made my understanding for Management clear. Starting as a Frontline Manager it helped me advance to Middle Management role quite fast. The mature examples and forward focus learnt gave a forward thrust to my career and within next three years I found myself transitioning to entrepreneur, coach, mentor, headhunter and landing a senior management role. Very few books are so practical on management subject and now when I bought this book again I recommend it to all new and budding managers as an excellent book.
