Fairly well made. Documentation for backplane could be better. Fans are loud, don't buy this if that's going to be a problem. System with Core 2 Duo, 4 gigs of ram and 4) 500 gig hard drives is running cool though, that's worth the noise for me. SuperMicro motherboard went in absolutely without pain. Entire build went smoothly.
