The books talks about those five keys again and again. Every chapter cross references the keys, so I lost count how many times they were mentioned. By the end of the book you memorize all five of them really well! Every chapter dissects each issue almost to the molecular level. It spells out every detail of psychology, motivation and thought process related to self awareness, beauty sleep etc to the point where it is completely impossible not to want to look and feel good!! The book is very easy to read.
There was one thing that was hard to relate to for me - the author is vegan and "addicted" to (addicted is too strong of a word but she just really likes it) baby carrots and sweet potato. She says that she eats whatever she wants in moderation. My first thought was: no wonder she is so slim! If I eat whatever I want, it is absolutely not going to be sweet potato or kale! :) Anyway we should eat whatever we want as long as it is pretty much healthy. I cannot say it is a new concept for me. All the points in this book are good and well known only this time they have been told by a supermodel. And it is great because in some cases young girls would rather hear this message from someone gorgeous and successful like Sarah DeAnna than their teacher or mom!

She advocates that good food will make our hair shiny and our skin glowing and keep the weight down. This I believe, but it is not new to me.
She encourages girls/women to find their inner beauty and to embrace their looks, no matter what they look like.
If this book will help some young girls/women believe in themselves and keep them from starving themselves in the name of beauty, then it has done a good deed.
