I thought the description of this cdrom's contents was very exciting. It contained a lot of information that I really wanted to see, especially government related documents on CRV (remote viewing). I was very upset when I got the cdrom and there was only one directory which contained only UFO information. I have no interest in UFO stuff and all of the other things that are suppose to be there are not.
The publisher gave a email address on the cdrom, no website, no other forms of contact and said to only contact them. I figured that the manufacturer made a mistake and forgot to include the other directories. I wrote to them and after a week of no reply returned the product to Amazon who gave me a full refund. It has now been a long time since I first wrote to the manufacturer and they still have not replied. Products like this is why I like to shop at Amazon. The product is not any good but Amazon make it as right as they could.
