2.0 out of 5 stars control switches get in the way, April 4, 2007

This is my second solano. This one doesn't seem to have the HEAT my previous one had. The control switches are in direct line of achieving a firm grip on the rather heavy appliance,therefore, I tend to change settings by mistake. I wouldn't buy this one again, Sorry.
