Wow... every song on Superstar is just amazing. The lyrics are really well crafted, great memorable melodies. Dean Davidson could possibly save rock and roll... think of him as a Dylan for the new generation. My favorite song is Judith. The production is grreat, too. If you like good heartland, all American rock/roll like Springsteen, Sheryl Crowe or Tom Petty than Superstar is a must have!!!!

If you were a fan of Jared Dean aka Dizzy Dean Davidson of BRITNY FOX & BLACKEYED SUSAN, then this will be worth your time to listen too, Dean is back with a somewhat different yet very well written and played album of songs. Doesn't sound anything like Britny Fox, but you can still tell whose voice it is.
People are selling for .01, spend the dough, one day this will be a rare cd and people will wish they had a copy, listen to and enjoy... Jared--thanx for the tunes dude, keep rockin'

I found out about this album from the Britny Foxsite. Big fan of Britny Fox!. This is a great CD to buy. "Dizzy" Dean sure sounds different from the Britny Fox days. But it is a good purchase. Would love to see him back in Britny Fox singing those tunes!!. |
