If you are NOT a DJ, then you know how hard it is for we lay people to find these remixes, radio edit or not. If you are NOT a DJ, then you are probably more interested in the meat of the song than a four minute intro and a four minute fade. Most of the songs on this CD are just long enough for home listening, the tracks flow together well without overlapping. So if you want to add one of these cuts to your own compilation, you don't have to deal with the fade in/fade out problem. And if you simply have to have the full length versions, you can consider this a CD sampler. At least, you'll know which mix to get or not get depending on whether you like what's on this compilation. The highlights for me are Angie Stone's "Wish I Didn't Miss You" and Fantasia's "It's All Good." If you are NOT a DJ, I highly recommend this CD.

This is your typical "hits" compilation that is thrown out there like all others. I must admit that i just bought it just because, and the remixes of these songs are pretty cool. THE ONLY THING bad about this CD is that the remixes of the songs are all "radio edits". Now if they were all the full length mixes, this compilation would be FAR better.

I love dance music and am a big fan of American Idol. This CD combines both, offering 19 excellent tracks that include a great version of Kelly Clarkson's "Since U Been Gone," and Fantasia's "It's All Good." If you enjoy this genre, you will not be disappointed by the selection of artists on this CD. From Alica to Aretha, it's literally, "all good."

I teach aquatic exercise classes and am always on the lookout for CDs that I can use in my class. This one is a winner and I am sure my classes will enjoy hearing contemporary hits rather than my usual collection of disco and funk! The CD is not quite non-stop, but the breaks between songs are very, very short, and it flows together quite well.

I like this CD a lot and have been playing it non-stop since I bought it. If you like dance music, don't hesitate to buy this one. You will not be disappointed.

I have been looking forward to this album since they announced the release date back in March! I have played it a lot the past couple of days! It is consistent all the way through. A lot of them I've seen on other dance compilations, but this is way different altogether. Most of the album consists of female singers and divas like Mariah, Whitney, Celine, Toni, Christina, Jennifer Lopez, Monica and others, but Duran Duran and Maroon 5 are on here too. And I like the Fantasia song on here--she sounds good on the remix. Mariah Carey's Dreamlover is different for that she sings on it rather than giving her record to a remixer to put all those sound effects and blips on it. She's very involved in this song. Maroon 5's remix is quite good and the lead singer even sings the chorus of She Will Be Loved in This Love within the song--clever idea! Kelly Clarkson's Since U Been Gone is dazzling too, just as good as her Miss Independent remix on the Fired Up 2 album. Alicia Keys' Diary is another surprise here, one of the many standouts. This album is just astounding to hear for much of its 75 minutes, very fast paced and alert in its rhythms! The remixes by Hani, Hex Hector,Jason Nevins, Peter Rauhofer, Morales, Scumfrog, Armand Van Helden and others are dynamic in their sounds and they keep the songs from sounding like the album versions. about the person complaining that they are mostly radio edits, they had to trim them to cram all 19 songs into this compilation. This came out just in time for summer (though in spring), because it will make for good riding music on boring road trips and 200- to 500-mile stretches on interstates!

I bought this CD just for the mix made by Dj Riddler's Dido - White Flag which has such phenomenal energy...its truly hypnotic and can move a dance floor. Call me crazy but just that song alone its worth a purchase!

This cd is great! I use it on the treadmill at the gym. You can really work up a sweat dancing to these tunes!

This CD is very cool.. If youre a fan of the Sirius satellite station "the beat" or XM's "BPM" you will love this. My favorite song is the Hex remix to Jennifer Lopez's "waiting for tonight" and the Junior Vasquez mix to Maroon 5's "this love". All the other tracks are hott too though.. MUST HAVE 4 any Dance fan

This remix pkg is awesome! Each track is better than the original...I put it in and workout and before you know it Im done and so is my dreaded 45 mins on the stairmaster!

its half rad. some songs are rad and some not so rad. the cover's hot.
